Tim Riches
FOUNDER
Tim is an Open Badges and learning ecosystems consultant with Navigatr. He leads on learning-technology strategy for Cities of Learning. Navigatr is developing a tool that connects people with new learning and work opportunities in cities using Open Badges. Tim worked internationally with Mozilla Firefox foundation to support the adoption and growth of the Open-Source digital credentialing technology Open Badges and set up Digitalme, the digital credentialing arm of the City and Guilds Group. Tim is a board member of IMS Global that manages the Open Badges standard.

Mark Riches
FOUNDER
Mark is a designer and ecosystems consultant with Navigtr, advising organisations on how to build Open Badge ecosystems. Mark founded the design department at Elsevier science before cofounding and building pioneering Open Badge platforms for Digitalme, now part of the City and Guilds. Currently leading the design on Cities of Learning, a new venture built on open standards exploring how to connect learners to learning in ways that make sense in a digital world.

Omid Mufeed
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Omid has over 10 years experience developing enterprise-scale cloud solutions, as well as innovative projects relating to cloud and machine learning. His work in software solutions has earned two national BETT innovation awards.
Omid is passionate about technology and how it can be used to help people. He has worked with City & Guilds to overcome problems such as integrating Open Badges.

Andrew is a graphic designer and artist specialising in interface, front end and digital badge design over the last nine years. Guided by a belief in design as a problem solving tool and method for improving the connections between people and the products they use, Andrew has helped brands such as Vodafone, Barclays, and the City & Guilds Group adopt digital badges and credentials as core elements of their brand identity.
